Summer Squash Chips

  • 2-3 summer squash or zucchini
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • cooking spray


Preheat oven to 225°F

Wash and slice the squash 1/8" or thinner (they must be thin to crisp)

Place the slices between two sheets of paper towels and press down to absorb any excess liquid.

Place slices onto a parchment lined baking sheet, with no overlapping.

Lightly spray the sliced chips with cooking spray and sprinkle a little garlic salt and pepper on top.

Bake for two hours, flipping after the first hour. You want to bake until each chip is nice and crispy. Keep watch and remove the chips that crisp faster.

Let them cool and enjoy!
