Perennials SLEEP, CREEP, & LEAP
Sleep = the plants have little to no change in growth the first season when planted.
Creep = the plants show moderate grow the second season after being planted.
Leap = the plants reach full mature height and spread the third season after being planted.
Plan enough space in your garden and have patience. Make sure to let your perennial plantings go undisturbed for those first 3 years before moving or dividing them.
