6 tablespoons light brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
4 pineapple rings
4 maraschino cherries
4 small shortcakes
4 small sheets of foil
Mound 1 1/2 tablespoons of the sugar and 1 tablespoon butter on each sheet of foil.
Top with a pineapple ring, a maraschino cherry and an upside-down shortcake shell.
Form a packet. Grill sugar-side down over medium-high heat, 12 minutes.
