Sure you can get through the upcoming winter on frozen pizzas, but eating ones you've made with your own frozen, garden fresh ingredients is so much tastier!

Just a few steps now will give you many a delicious pizza night to look forward too - add some pepperoni and cheese and you're good to go!


SAUCES

To keep sauces in freezer: Cool if needed, and then place by tbsp. into ice cube trays - once frozen transfer sauce cubes to freezer bags.

TOPPINGS

Bell & hot peppers; chop, dry and store in freezer bagsOven roasted tomatoes - after roasting, cool, store in freezer bagsOregano, chives; freeze-dry on cookie sheets, then store in freezer bagsKale & spinach; wash, dry and chop to topping size before placing into freezer bags
