Rosemary-Parsley Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 c Bisquick
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 4 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 c onion, finely chopped
  • 1 (up to) 2 eggs; lightly beaten

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1" balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Remove immediately from pan. Serve warm. Yield: About 6 1/2 dozen appetizers.
