2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
1/4 cup lime juice fresh
12 small radishes, minced
2 large jalapeno, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt , or less, as needed
sugar or other sweetener if needed
Combine first 6 ingredients and add salt to taste.
Add a pinch of sugar or other sweetener if your berries
are very sour. Serve with tortilla chips or as grilled chicken topping.
